Baseball Recap: Liberty Christian Takes a Loss

Liberty Christian fell victim to Tri-Cities Prep and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jaguars. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Patriots were not able to get on the board.

Liberty Christian's loss dropped their record down to 12-3. As for Tri-Cities Prep, the win keeps they at an undefeated 13-0.

Coming up, Liberty Christian will be playing at home against Sunnyside Christian at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. The Patriots will need to watch out since the Knights have now posted at least ten runs in their last four games. As for Tri-Cities Prep, they will face off against Columbia at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. The Coyotes will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Jaguars surely won't give up without a fight.
