Baseball Recap: Park Vista Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Park Vista can now relate to. They lost 17-7 to the Jupiter Warriors on Thursday. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Cobras, who until this game were averaging 3.88 runs allowed.

Owen Dever was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Anthony Iaciofano, who went 3-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

Park Vista is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 24-9. As for Jupiter, they pushed their record up to 25-9 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

As of now, neither Park Vista nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
