With a playoff win on the line, Wilson rose to the challenge on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Molina Jaguars as they made off with a 15-8 win. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 17 games by six runs or more this season.

London Mcnealy was incredible, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with one home run, six RBI, and three runs. Those six RBI gave her a new career-high. Savannah Vargas was another key player, getting on base in all five of her plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Wilson is on a roll lately: they've won 18 of their last 20 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.9 runs on average over those games. As for Molina, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-7.

Coming up, Wilson will face off against Midlothian Heritage at 6:30 p.m. on May 2. The Jaguars will roll in looking for their 15th straight win, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight. Molina does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
