Softball Recap: Aliquippa Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Aliquippa's offense. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 15-0 to the Neshannock Lancers, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Quips haven't had much luck with the Lancers recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Aliquippa's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Neshannock, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 8-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Aliquippa is set to square off against their familiar foe Laurel at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Neshannock will challenge rival Shenango at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
