Soccer Recap: Mt. Hope Comes Up Short

Mt. Hope's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the North Providence Cougars by a score of 2-1.

Mt. Hope's goal came courtesy of Aidan Hudak, who's now up to two this season.

Mt. Hope's loss dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for North Providence, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mt. Hope will challenge Cranston West at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Providence, they will host Lincoln at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
