Softball Recap: Clermont Northeastern Has No Trouble Against Dayton Christian

Clermont Northeastern never let their opponents score on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 14-0 margin over the Dayton Christian WARRIORS.

Jenna Brown was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out ten over five innings pitched. Brown was also solid in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

In other batting news, Addisyn Baker was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3. Avery Moell was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.

The victory got Clermont Northeastern back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Clermont Northeastern will square off against Archbishop McNicholas at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dayton Christian, they will challenge Archbishop Alter at 11:00 a.m. on April 5.
