Volleyball Recap: Skyridge Takes a Loss

Skyridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Herriman Mustangs. The game marked the first time this season in which the Falcons were not able to get on the board.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-16, 25-21.

Skyridge's offense was headlined by Alex Caldwell and Josh Johnson, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Devin Willits and his 20 assists.

Skyridge now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Herriman, their win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-2.

Skyridge has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Viewmont on the 21st. As for Herriman, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Copper Hills on the 20th.
