Hendrick Hudson won against Sleepy Hollow last Tuesday with 61 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. The Hendrick Hudson Sailors simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Peekskill Red Devils 61-15. The Sailors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Hendrick Hudson's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kayla A McCarthy, who posted 11 points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Angelina Carbone, who scored five points and 14 boards.

Hendrick Hudson smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 27 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in five consecutive games.

Hendrick Hudson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.3 points per game. As for Peekskill, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

Hendrick Hudson will venture away from home to square off against Ardsley at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Peekskill, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Scarsdale B at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
