Soccer Recap: Woodson Takes a Loss

If Woodson was riding high fresh off their 5-1 takedown of Fairfax last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cavaliers came up short against the Robinson Rams on Tuesday, falling 5-1.

Woodson's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-2. As for Robinson, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-1-1 and their overall record up to 4-3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Woodson will challenge Langley at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Woodson are facing Langley at the right time seeing as Langley are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Robinson, they will take on Herndon at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
