Basketball Recap: Lutheran Comes Up Short

Lutheran was the 51-41 winner over Knippa when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Mustangs took a 64-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Crushers on Tuesday. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Knippa, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lutheran will be taking part in a tournament against Comfort at 12:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Knippa, they will head out to square off against Dilley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
