Basketball Recap: Valley Head Takes a Loss

Valley Head lost against Geraldine back in January of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Valley Head Tigers had to suffer through a 52-23 loss at the hands of the Geraldine Bulldogs. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Valley Head's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Geraldine, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-10.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Valley Head Tigers take on the Woodville Panthers at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Geraldine has already played their next contest, a 48-45 loss against Fyffe on the 14th.
