Basketball Game Preview: Hebron Christian Lions vs. Franklin County Lions

We've got a battle between Lions coming up. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Wednesday, Hebron Christian sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 51-48 win over Prince Avenue Christian.

Meanwhile, Franklin County had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They strolled past the Bulldogs with points to spare, taking the game 79-63.

Hebron Christian is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-11 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.5 points over those games. As for Franklin County, the victory got them back to even at 13-13.

Hebron Christian came up short against Franklin County in their previous meeting on Friday, falling 63-56. Can Hebron Christian avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
