Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Questa). They came out on top against the Wagon Mound Trojans by a score of 77-65 on Wednesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Wildcats as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Questa got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Larry Roybal out in front who posted 21 points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Jacovo Cardenas, who almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine rebounds.

Questa was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Questa's win bumped their record up to 3-8. As for Wagon Mound, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Questa will head out to challenge Dulce at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Wagon Mound, they will host San Jon at 5:00 p.m. on January 16th.
