Basketball Recap: Tylertown Takes a Loss

Tylertown was the 44-31 winner over St. Patrick when they last played one another last Monday, but their luck changed this time around. The Tylertown Chiefs fell just short of the St. Patrick Fighting Irish by a score of 37-34 on Thursday. The Chiefs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tylertown's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for St. Patrick, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-18.

Looking ahead, Tylertown will face off against McLaurin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. McLaurin will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Tylertown surely won't give up without a fight. As for St. Patrick, they have already played their next match, a 53-35 loss against St. Stanislaus on the 7th.
