The timing is sure in Southeast Bulloch's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Wayne County has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.
Even though Burke County scored an imposing 62 points on Tuesday, Southeast Bulloch still came out on top. Southeast Bulloch took their contest against Burke County 69-62.
Wayne County suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Tuesday. They were beaten by Benedictine 60-33. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Wayne County has scored all season.
Southeast Bulloch is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season. As for Wayne County, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.
Southeast Bulloch came out on top in a nail-biter against Wayne County in their previous matchup back in February of 2023, sneaking past 39-37. Does Southeast Bulloch have another victory up their sleeve, or will Wayne County turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
