After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Archbishop Murphy, Squalicum was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Lakewood Cougars 56-7. With the Storm ahead 42-7 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Ray Hoffmann was a one-man wrecking crew as he threw for 271 yards and three TDs while completing 87.5% of his passes, and also punched in one touchdown on the ground.

The victory got Squalicum back to even at 2-2. As for Lakewood, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.
