Volleyball Recap: Union Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against East Forest on Thursday, Union came back down to earth. The Knights/Damsels came up short against the North Clarion Wolves on Monday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-8, 25-17.

Despite the loss, Union still got an impressive performance from Lillian Hayden, who had 22 digs. Hayden is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least ten every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Brianna Anthony, who had seven digs and two aces.

Union has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season. As for North Clarion, the win got them back to even at 7-7-1.

As of now, neither Union nor the Wolves have any future games scheduled.
