Basketball Recap: Rivercrest Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Rivercrest and North Hopkins squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Rivercrest had to settle for second. They fell 56-44 to the North Hopkins Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rebels of the 47-38 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2023.

Rivercrest's loss dropped their record down to 11-21. As for North Hopkins, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a massive bump to their 18-15 record this season.

As of now, neither Rivercrest nor North Hopkins have any future games scheduled.
