Forge Christian entered their tilt with Eagle Ridge Academy on Wednesday with ten consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 11. They put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Fury, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

While Forge Christian won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-23, 25-13.

Addison Davis paced Forge Christian's offense, picking up 11 kills. Davis got some help from Abby Nance and her 26 assists. Nance was also solid from the service line: she led the team with nine aces.

Forge Christian's win bumped their record up to 18-3. As for Eagle Ridge Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.
