Volleyball Recap: Clay Center Gets the Win

Clay Center won the last time they faced Sabetha, and Raicee Lipker did her part to make sure it happened again. The Tigers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bluejays on Saturday for which the team can thank Lipker, who had 14 assists and five digs. Lipker is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 14 every time she's taken the court this season.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Clay Center was: they took both sets by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-11.

Clay Center's victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Clay Center has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Riley County on the 30th. As for Sabetha, they will take on Rossville at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Bluejays' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
