Breydon Martin posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out five batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
