McKinney and Plano are an even 4-4-2 against one another since February of 2017, but likely not for long. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the McKinney face off against the Plano at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. McKinney's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

If Plano heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when McKinney took over last week. McKinney had just enough and edged Rock Hill out 2-1 on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Blue Hawks: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Plano came up short against Rock Hill on Friday and fell 3-1.

McKinney's win bumped their record up to 2-3-6. As for Plano, they dropped their record down to 3-8-1 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

McKinney skirted past Plano 1-0 in their previous matchup back in January. Will McKinney repeat their success, or does Plano have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
