Austell continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Selecia Richburgh, who scored 10 points along with 8 rebounds.
University's defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 0-5. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 28.0 points per game. As for New Smyrna Beach, the win got them back to even at 3-3.
