Volleyball Recap: Suncoast Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Suncoast had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 3-0 to the Cardinal Newman Crusaders on Tuesday. The Chargers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Crusaders apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2021.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-9, 25-12.

Suncoast wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Palm Beach Gardens on the 22nd. As for Cardinal Newman, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Pine on the 20th.
