Baseball Recap: DePaul Catholic Triumphs

It may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but DePaul Catholic ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They had just enough and edged out Immaculata 11-10. That's two games straight that DePaul Catholic has won by just one run.

The win made it two in a row for DePaul Catholic and bumps their season record up to 13-5. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of one runs across that stretch. As for Immaculata, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-6.

Coming up, DePaul Catholic will square off against Ramapo at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Raiders will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Spartans surely won't give up without a fight. As for Immaculata, they will take on Somerville at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
