Aaron Cooper Game Report: vs Walnut

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Aaron Cooper: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made five total tackles (1.0 for loss), but sadly Garey still had to take a 37-7 loss at the hands of Walnut. We hope Friday's contest is the first of many we'll see posted here as the season progresses.

Looking ahead, Cooper and Garey are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: Garey will face off against Pomona at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Vikings closed last season having struggled on the road and they will enter the matchup having lost three straight away games dating back to last season.
