Football Game Recap: Westwood vs. Norwood

After having lost a blowout in their contest last week, Westwood were happy to find some success on Friday. They won a contest that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by Norwood 7-6. That's another feather in the cap for Westwood, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

The win got Westwood back to even at 2-2. Norwood are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-5.

Westwood will stay at home next week against Medfield at 7:00 PM. Neither Westwood nor Medfield could muster much offensive firepower in their last games, so look to the defense to decide this one. As for Norwood, they will face off against Ashland. Norwood stagger into the match hobbled by five consecutive losses while Ashland skip in buoyed by four consecutive wins.
