Baseball Recap: Judge Memorial Catholic Takes a Loss

Judge Memorial Catholic was the 10-0 winner over South Summit when they last played one another back in April of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs took an 11-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats on Monday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kip Hodson led a balanced group of hitters, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Dominic Fassio, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Judge Memorial Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 10-14. As for South Summit, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-14.

As of now, neither Judge Memorial Catholic nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
