Volleyball Recap: Newton Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Newton lost against Andale back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Railroaders took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-15.

Gracie Newhouse paced Newton's offense, picking up three kills. Newhouse got some help from Pozzi Krehbiel and her two assists.

Newton's loss dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Andale, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 18-1.

Newton has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Eisenhower on the 27th. As for Andale, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Northwest on the 27th.
