After flying high against Marlborough last Monday, Advanced Math & Science Academy came back down to earth. The Advanced Math & Science Academy Eagles fell 8-5 to the Hudson Hawks on Sunday. Advanced Math & Science Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Hudson apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2015.

Guilamina Yost made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Madelyn Glynn, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Advanced Math & Science Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Advanced Math & Science Academy will be playing at home against West Boylston at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hudson, they will head out on the road to square off against Tyngsborough at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
