Soccer Game Preview: Spencerville vs. Jefferson

Thursday just wasn't the day for Spencerville's offense. They came up short against Anna on Thursday, falling 5-0. The defeat continues a trend for Spencerville in their meetings with Anna: they've now lost six in a row.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Jefferson made sure to put some goals up on the board against Lima Central Catholic on Monday. They blew past the Thunderbirds 5-1. The match marked Jefferson's most dominant victory of the season.

They hit Lima Central Catholic with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kyah Kimmett (3), Mia Munoz, and Nephtalie Miller.

Jefferson's win bumped their record up to 6-9-1. As for Spencerville, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8-3.
