After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hastings, Ardsley was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Sleepy Hollow Horsemen 23-1. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Horsemen recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Jonah Kleinman made a splash no matter where he played. He pitched four innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Kleinman was even better at the plate, going 2-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and one double.

In other batting news, Michael Depasquale was a standout: he went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, four runs, and four RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Hunter Hamlet, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with one home run, five RBI, and three runs.

Ardsley now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Sleepy Hollow, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ardsley will welcome Port Chester at 12:00 p.m. on the 19th. As for Sleepy Hollow, they will be playing in front of their home fans against John Jay at 11:00 a.m. on Monday.
