Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Garrett Owen stepped things up a notch to give Liberty Ranch the 'W'. Owen did his part (and then some), getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases, a triple, and two RBI for the 'W'.
Owen and Liberty Ranch will head out on the road to square off against Bradshaw Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Owen has dominated as far as stolen bases are concerned (he's averaged 1.1 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering Bradshaw Christian has only allowed 0.44 per game this season.
