Basketball Recap: Hinckley-Big Rock Takes a Loss

Hinckley-Big Rock lost against Amboy back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The game between the Hinckley-Big Rock Royals and the Amboy Clippers didn't end well, with the Hinckley-Big Rock Royals falling 43-27. The match marked the Royals' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Hinckley-Big Rock and nudges their season record down to 3-3. As for Amboy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record this season.

Hinckley-Big Rock will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Somonauk/Leland at 7:00 p.m. As for Amboy, they will welcome Ashton-Franklin Center at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Ashton-Franklin Center will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Amboy surely won't give up without a fight.
