Milton had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. Everything went their way against the Framingham Flyers as they made off with a 14-4 victory. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by nine runs or more this season.

Milton's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Framingham, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Milton will venture away from home to take on Needham at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Rockets have averaged an impressive 7.6 runs per game this season. As for Framingham, they will head out to square off against Newton North at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
