Ticonderoga strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Lake Placid Bombers a 30-0 shutout. That's more bragging rights for the Sentinels, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The result came thanks to Clara Mitchell's shutout, as she gave up just a hit and racked up 11 Ks.

On the hitting side, Ticonderoga got a massive performance out of Addison Munson, who got on base in four of her six plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Gracie Patnode, who got on base in all five of her plate appearances with five runs and two stolen bases.

Ticonderoga was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .474. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .353 or higher in three consecutive games.

Ticonderoga pushed their record up to 13-0 with the win, which was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Lake Placid, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.

Ticonderoga wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 21-9 victory against AuSable Valley on the 19th. Lake Placid has also already played their next contest (against Northern Adirondack), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
