Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last game, Columbia made sure to put some goals up on the board against Decatur on Tuesday. They blew past the Red Raiders 9-3. Columbia might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by three goals or more this season.

Columbia is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 43 goals over those seven games. As for Hazel Green, their victory bumped their record up to 10-7-2.

Hazel Green was able to grind out a solid win over Columbia in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trojans since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
