Soccer Recap: Central Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, Central was forced to settle for a draw. They and the La Joya Community Fighting Lobos finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw on Tuesday.

Central's goal came courtesy of Jorge De Leon, who's now up to four this season.

With that draw, Central's record moves to 1-2-1. As for La Joya Community, they moved theirs to 1-2-1.

Central will head out to take on Washington at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Washington is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.8 goals per game this season. As for La Joya Community, they will host Paradise Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. La Joya Community is facing Paradise Valley at the right time seeing as Paradise Valley is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
