Volleyball Recap: Winnebago Takes a Loss

Winnebago lost against Dixon back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Indians fell 2-0 to the Dukes & Duchesses.

While Winnebago was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-18.

Their offense was headlined by Bailee Olson and Anna Hartmann, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Isabelle Gray and her five assists. Samantha Falnes controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Winnebago's loss dropped their record down to 10-18-2. As for Dixon, their win bumped their record up to 21-9.

Winnebago wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Lutheran on the 27th. As for Dixon, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Ottawa on the 28th.
