Soccer Recap: Bridgeport Takes a Loss

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matches, Bridgeport finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They came up short against the Decatur Eagles, falling 3-0. Considering the last time the Bulls couldn't score was back in January, the team can't take the result too hard.

Bridgeport's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Decatur, the win keeps them at an undefeated 15-0.

Bridgeport and Decatur should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Bridgeport will challenge Burkburnett at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday up 480 places (213 vs. 693). Meanwhile, Decatur (ranked 82nd) will meet Graham (ranked 335th) at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
