Diamond Bar and Claremont are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2016, but likely not for long. Diamond Bar will be playing in front of their home fans against Claremont at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Diamond Bar will be strutting in after a victory while Claremont will be coming in after a defeat.

Diamond Bar took a six-run loss the last time they faced off against Glendora, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. Diamond Bar sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-2 win over Glendora on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Brahmas have posted since May 7, 2024.

Meanwhile, Claremont lost 8-2 to Glendora on Thursday. The contest marked the Wolfpack's lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Claremont's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Diamond Bar, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 5-5.

Diamond Bar came out on top in a nail-biter against Claremont when the teams last played back in March of 2020, sneaking past 3-1. Will Diamond Bar repeat their success, or does Claremont has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
