Flag Football Recap: Dynamic Duo of Kassidi Jordan and Alyssa Hunter Lead Apalachee to Victory

Apalachee had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. Their defense stepped up to hand the Cambridge Bears a 19-0 shutout.

A big part of Apalachee's win came down to the chemistry between Kassidi Jordan and her top target Alyssa Hunter. Jordan picked up 85 receiving yards and one TD while Hunter picked up 48 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.

This is the second loss in a row for Cambridge and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Apalachee has already played their next matchup, a 24-0 defeat against Seckinger on the 30th. Cambridge has also already played their next contest (against North Forsyth), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
