Basketball Recap: David Douglas Takes a Loss

David Douglas's last matchup with Parkrose could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Saturday. The Scots had to suffer through an 89-27 loss at the hands of the Broncos. Having soared to a lofty 62 points in the game before, the Scots couldn't push the score so high this time.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. David Douglas will take on McDaniel on Tuesday. As for Parkrose, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Hillsboro at 7:15 p.m. on January 5, 2026.
