Baseball Recap: Lawndale Takes a Loss

Culver City hit Lawndale with a four-run second inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Cardinals took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Centaurs. The Cardinals haven't had much luck with the Centaurs recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Seth Alex Rodriguez was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Lawndale's loss dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Culver City, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 19-8.

As of now, neither Lawndale nor the Centaurs have any future games scheduled.
