Softball Recap: Bri Wolfe's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Philo over Claymont

Philo was the 7-6 winner over Claymont when they last played one another back in April of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Electrics wound up with the same score they had in their last game (4-1), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.

Philo saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bri Wolfe, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Philo has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season. As for Claymont, their record is now 8-4.

While Philo had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
