Football Recap: West Limestone Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for West Limestone's offense. They had to suffer through a 34-0 loss at the hands of the East Limestone Indians. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 27-7 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Javian Martin was a one-man wrecking crew For East Limestone. as he rushed for 200 yards and three TDs.

West Limestone's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for East Limestone, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Limestone will square off against Hatton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for East Limestone, they will be playing at home against Lawrence County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
