After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Beau Chene, Central Catholic was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Jeanerette Tigers by a score of 15-0 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). That 15 run margin sets a new team best for the Eagles this season.

Central Catholic has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.8 runs over those games. Jeanerette is on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Central Catholic has already played their next matchup (against St. Augustine), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Jeanerette, they will welcome V.B. Glencoe Charter at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
