Volleyball Recap: Baldwin Wins Going Away Against Global Outreach Charter Academy + How To Watch

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Baldwin had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Global Outreach Charter Academy Kodiaks.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Baldwin was: they took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-13, 25-11.

Grace Gottberg paced Baldwin's offense, picking up 17 kills. Gottberg got some help from Tynlee Jarrell and her 20 assists. Gottberg also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Madison Crews, each putting up five.

Baldwin's win bumped their record up to 14-10. As for Global Outreach Charter Academy, they now have a losing record of 12-13.

Looking ahead, Baldwin will take on West Nassau at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Indians surely won't give up without a fight. Global Outreach Charter Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
