Baseball Recap: Minneapolis Comes Up Short

Minneapolis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against Lyons, falling 13-3. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Lyons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-0 on Thursday.

Minneapolis' defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Lyons, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-4.

Coming up, Minneapolis will welcome Southeast of Saline on Tuesday. Lyons will be paying especially close attention to Minneapolis' contest: after Minneapolis faces off against Russell, they'll take on Lyons again.
