Shipley came tearing into Tuesday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 15-4 margin over the Academy of the New Church Lions. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Shipley also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Shipley's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Academy of the New Church, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Shipley will venture away from home to take on Malvern Prep at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Academy of the New Church, they will head out to challenge Germantown Friends at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
